Tank Body (Product Contact Surface):

• Stainless Steel SS304 or SS316/316L (based on corrosion resistance needs)

Non-contact parts (external): SS304 / Carbon steel with epoxy coating

Gaskets/Seals: EPDM / PTFE / Silicone (FDA-grade for sanitary applications)

Configuration: Vertical cylindrical tank with flat or dished top and bottom

Manhole: Top-mounted or side-mounted (300 mm–450 mm diameter)

Support:

• 3 or 4 stainless steel legs with base plates

• Option for castor wheels (for mobility)

Baffles: Optional (if light mixing is required)

Internal Surface:

• Sanitary: Mirror polished (Ra ≤ 0.4 µm)

• Industrial: Mill finish or 2B

External Surface: Brushed, matte, or 2B finish
